In addition to Polarity and Occupational Therapy, Jennifer is a teacher in the ISHTA YOGA lineage.  (Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda). Having undergone 700+ hours of training, Jennifer can skillfully assess and customize practices for individuals and groups. She leads people of all levels of experience to move, gain strength, increase energetic and physical mobility, and develop a sense of overall well-being. While Vinyasa Yoga is what most people think of when they hear "yoga class", in reality, there is a wide range of yoga practices that fit the needs of every individual.  For some students the quieter Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra maybe more beneficial. These slower styles release fascia and emotional holding, focus the mind, and calm the nervous systems.
