Jennifer, the creator of EVOLVE OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY PLLC., boasts more than 28 years of experience in various clinical settings and has expertise in assisting clients of all ages with a range of challenges, such as medical conditions, injuries, developmental delays, and mental health issues. Jennifer offers personalized therapeutic services to help individuals acquire or relearn the necessary skills to live independent and fulfilling lives. She is well-versed in various therapeutic approaches and techniques, including Neuro-Developmental Treatment, Myofascial Release, and manual facilitation for neuromuscular movement disorders. Additionally, Jennifer is a specialist in seating and mobility, providing assessments and training for wheelchair users.

Children enjoy working with Jennifer as she specializes in Pediatric Occupational Therapy, which focuses on learning through play. Jennifer specifically works with children who have Autism Spectrum disorders, utilizing Sensory Integration techniques to improve various skills such as attention, communication, self-care, coordination, and perception. In addition to working directly with the child, Jennifer also offers education and training for the family to ensure continuous progress. Private sessions, which can incorporate Yoga and Polarity Therapy, are offered and all sessions start with a thorough evaluation.​

"Jennifer Chang was my son’s private OT for approximately 18 months.  My son was diagnosed with devolopmental disability and on the autistic spectrum. He’s now in first grade and still talks about Jennifer (and her dog, Chance!). We saw significant improvement in our son throughout the course of his therapy with Jennifer - in particular, his fine motor skills, core strength and ability to focus/concentrate improved with some tactics Jennifer taught us all.  As a parent, one particular thing I really appreciated was how Jennifer spent time explaining to me what my son’s struggles were and she gave me specific exercises to do with him at home to help him.  That specific information was invaluable to me.
