As you practice you'll unlock the benefits of deep fascia targeting and tension release, allowing your body and mind to rejuvenate. Leave feeling refreshed, centered, and deeply nourished.

"During the session, you will be directed to relax your body on comfortable supports like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, while also treating your eyes to weighted eye pillows. Additionally, essential adjustments will be made to enhance your relaxation and create a peaceful experience."

In Yin and Meditate, we invite you to turn inward and cultivate a reservoir of wellness for your everyday life. Our practice combines the deeply nourishing poses of Yin Yoga, which target your fascia and nervous system, with guided meditation techniques like Yoga Nidra. Whether you're looking to improve circulation, release tension, or enhance mental focus, this class is accessible to everyone—no prior yoga experience required Join us on this journey to connect with your inner wisdom and inspiration.

Sweet Samadhi

In Sweet Samadhi, you can immerse yourself in a restorative journey that releases tension from both your physical and energetic body. Join us for a rejuvenating 75-minute self-care session featuring Breath work, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga poses, all supported by for maximum comfort. Each pose is held with intention, allowing your mind and body to expand and your nervous system to fully relax. Shed what no longer serves you and embrace renewal as we welcome the Spring season—no prior experience needed, just an open heart.

Sweat and Surrender

​​Join us for "Sweat and Surrender," a transformative 90-minute workshop designed as a Spring Detox. Tailored for advanced beginner and intermediate students, this signature offering combines Pranayama, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, and a soothing Yoga Nidra practice. Experience the powerful connection of movement and breath while enhancing joint mobility and circulation. Allow yourself to let go of tension and immerse in deep relaxation, guided by props and gentle support, as you find harmony within body, mind, and spirit.
