Sweat and Surrender
Join us for "Sweat and Surrender," a transformative 90-minute workshop designed as a Spring Detox. Tailored for advanced beginner and intermediate students, this signature offering combines Pranayama, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, and a soothing Yoga Nidra practice. Experience the powerful connection of movement and breath while enhancing joint mobility and circulation.
