While Vinyasa Yoga is what most people think of when they hear "yoga class", in reality, there is a wide range of yoga practices that fit the needs of every individual.  For some students the quieter Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra maybe more beneficial. These slower styles release fascia and emotional holding, focus the mind, and calm the nervous systems.
